We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Worker to assist individuals with daily living activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a non-judgmental attitude, providing person-centered support to those with varying levels of disability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Develop personalized plans to promote independence, social inclusion, and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications include a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent. A current NDIS Workers screening or Police check is also required. First Aid Certification and up-to-date Covid Vaccinations are necessary.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Working with Children Check.
  • National Police Certificate.
  • Driver Licence.

**Work Requirements:**

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including day, morning, and shift work.
