Ward Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ward Administrator to join our team in a dynamic patient-focused environment.

The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the ward, working closely with our Clinical Services Coordinator to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and administration systems to ensure effective client care.
  • Provide administrative support to clinicians, including data entry, correspondence, and report preparation.
  • Supervise less experienced administration staff within the ward.

Requirements:

  • Completion of relevant studies or willingness to undertake further education.
  • Experience in administrative duties, customer service, and working in a healthcare environment is essential.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, relatives, and a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Technical proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
