- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally nationally/internationally as required.
