About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing negotiations, variations, and claims on large commercial, industrial, or residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts and contract close-out processes
  • Procure goods and services
  • Administer projects and ensure timely completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Construction or Engineering
  • Proven experience in contract administration and management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in computer software and systems
