Maintenance Operations Leader

We are seeking a leader to oversee maintenance operations and drive continuous improvement in reliability and safety.

The successful candidate will supervise day-to-day maintenance activities focused on electrical and control systems for automated equipment used for container handling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise a team of technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and optimise systems including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, wiring, and power distribution.
  • Develop and implement need based improvements in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Coordinate with teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure service reliability.
  • Analyse equipment failures, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and initiate corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Review and initiate updates of technical documentation, schematics and maintenance procedures.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new systems or modifications to existing equipment.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in maintaining complex systems.
