We are launching a brand-new pipeline of resorts with the first three sites already underway. This presents a unique opportunity to shape our business and be part of its evolution.

We are seeking an experienced leader who can effectively guide consultants, manage design programs, and make key decisions that drive projects forward. This is not a siloed role – we are a collaborative team working together to deliver exceptional results.

">Main Responsibilities:">
  • Lead the Design Process for large-scale lifestyle resorts and commercial facilities.
  • Collaborate with Consultant Teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality documentation.
  • Work Closely with Construction Teams to maintain efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Play a Key Role in Programming and Problem-Solving to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
  • Serve as a Senior Point of Contact providing clear direction and cutting through complexity.
