HSEQ Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled HSEQ Coordinator to manage the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality processes.

  • Provide expertise and ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations
  • Maintain WHS, environmental and client system compliance
  • Update content on HSEQ processes, procedures and records
  • Manage internal audits, project inspections, safety investigations and incident reporting
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly and quarterly HSEQ reporting
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Certificate IV in WHS
  • 1+ years' experience in an HSEQ Coordinator role or similar, and 3+ years in a construction, property management, facility management or trades role
  • Working knowledge of HSEQ management systems and standards including AS/NZS 4801 and AS/NZS ISO 14001
  • Proven experience conducting safety inspections
  • Ability to write reports, review safety documentation e.g. SWMS and safety plans, and issue work permits e.g. work at heights, hot works and confined space permits
