Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Optical Dispenser to provide exceptional customer service, recommend lenses, take spectacle measurements, and interpret prescriptions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for dispensing optical services, including recommending lenses and interpreting prescriptions, as well as fitting and edging lenses on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Providing welcoming and knowledgeable customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Optical Dispensing: Recommending lenses and interpreting prescriptions, ensuring accurate and effective solutions for customers.
  • Lens Fitting and Edging: Fitting and edging lenses on-site, ensuring precision and quality in every detail.
  • Store Operations: Maintaining store layout, fulfilling orders, and detailing customer records, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in an optical retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and optical dispensing skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Aptitude: Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
