Financial Controller – Multi-Entity International Group – Crypto

Pure Consultancy is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing the accounting, tax, payroll, reporting, and controls for all entities within the Group.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement robust financial procedures and systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage and oversee the accounting, tax, and payroll functions for all entities within the Group.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless integration of financial processes and systems.
- Provide financial guidance and support to the CFO and other senior management team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including international tax legislations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with fellow staff from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- CA or CPA qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- 6+ years of total relevant work experience.
- Experience in international tax and accounting for digital currency and precious metals.
- Strong attention to detail and task-focused.
- Experience using Xero software.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Previous experience in systems development and implementation highly regarded.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work proactively, autonomously, and efficiently, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
