Rehabilitation Specialist

The Rehabilitation Specialist plays a pivotal role in the rehabilitation of offenders, working to promote community safety and foster positive relationships between communities and justice.

This position requires strong case management skills, enabling effective collaboration with individuals under supervision to develop and implement rehabilitative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case manage people subject to community-based orders, including Parole Orders, Intensive Corrections Orders, and Community Corrections Orders.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals in custody to prepare them for reintegration into the community upon their release on parole.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to address complex issues and emotionally charged situations.
