
Nurse for Respiratory Ward Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in the 29-bed inpatient respiratory ward at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
This permanent full-time position offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality patient-centred care, working collaboratively with individuals and the healthcare team to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide evidence-informed nursing care, assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and delivering interventions to promote identified health outcomes.
- To work effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands to ensure seamless care delivery.
- To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure informed decision-making and quality care.
- A current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- An ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
