Specialist Neonatal Nurse

This is a challenging and rewarding nursing position in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families. This includes assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
Our team works collaboratively to provide comprehensive care, including respiratory support, medication management, and nutritional support.
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional care and contributing to our unit's excellence in neonatal care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Experience working in an acute neonatal setting, preferably in intensive care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think critically and make sound clinical decisions.
