Leadership Opportunity in Radiography

We are seeking an experienced Radiographer to take on a leadership role within our CT team. This position will involve responsibility for the clinical leadership of the CT Radiographer workforce, as well as CT scanning and training program development.

This is a full-time opportunity based out of our Hobart clinics, with attractive relocation and retention bonuses available for candidates based interstate.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of CT training programs, maintaining a climate of continuous learning and improvement across the network.
  • They will also contribute to quality and safety initiatives, drive operational excellence, and oversee professional development and training of qualified Radiographers.
  • Additionally, they will support recruitment and retention efforts, drive innovative and strategic initiatives, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining good teamwork amongst clinical staff.
Key Requirements
  • Significant experience in CT modality, including knowledge of governance, resources, and systems.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • A track record in developing and implementing training resources, effective communication and professionalism, and strong teamwork and peer relationships.
  • AHPRA registration and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
