At the heart of any hotel's operations lies the Front Office department, where staff strive to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to a dynamic environment and take on various tasks including:

  • Traditional front office duties such as processing reservations, check-ins, cash handling, and responding to telephone enquiries
  • Making beverages and assisting guests with inquiries about room controls and amenities
  • Supporting events and functions as needed

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all interactions are prompt, professional, and courteous.

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current RSA certification
  • Availability to work a 7-day roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
  • The ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Adherence to industry standards and policies
