Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiographer Instructor to join our team. As a Radiographer Instructor, you will provide high-quality training to Defence personnel on medical equipment, ensuring they meet the expectations of end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging and relevant familiarization training to healthcare professionals, spanning specialty areas and levels of expertise.
  • Work with the project's clinical team to rapidly develop a strong understanding of operation and user maintenance for equipment within the scope of the project.
  • Contribute to the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training materials and methodology, utilizing your subject matter expertise within your clinical scope.
  • Check completeness of equipment and report on any missing items, defects, or faults.
  • Support the Senior Clinical Instructor to identify consumable requirements and set up and pack up of clinical equipment in support of training.
  • Maintain records and documentation in line with project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote ethical behavior and alignment with Aspen Medical's Social Purpose and B Corp principles.
  • Domestic travel required.
