About the Role

Aspen Medical is seeking a highly skilled Radiographer Instructor to join our team in delivering training on new medical equipment to Defence clinicians as part of the Deployable Health Capability project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality training to Defence personnel on the operation and maintenance of medical equipment
  • Develop and deliver engaging and relevant familiarization training to healthcare professionals
  • Work with the project's clinical team to develop a strong understanding of equipment operation and user maintenance
  • Contribute to the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training materials and methodology
  • Check equipment completeness and report on any missing items, defects, or faults
  • Support the Senior Clinical Instructor in identifying consumable requirements and setting up and packing up clinical equipment
  • Maintain records and documentation in line with project requirements
  • Develop and maintain collaborative professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote ethical behavior and alignment with Aspen Medical's Social Purpose and B Corp principles
Requirements
  • Experience in radiography and medical imaging
  • Strong understanding of medical equipment operation and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to client requirements
