We specialize in providing expert therapy services to the community, schools and various departments.

This role is based in Canning Vale and offers opportunities to support clients remotely.

Key Requirements
  • A relevant qualification in an Allied Health background or Behavioral Science is required, or over 2 years experience in delivering Positive Behavior Support. Board certified Behavior Analysts are also eligible.
  • Demonstrated experience working with complex needs and challenging behaviors is necessary.
  • Working with Children's card, National police clearance and current driving license are also required.
Main Responsibilities
  • To develop behavior support plans and functional behavioral assessments through indirect and direct assessment, including observations and data collection.
  • Provide training and support in interventions and strategies outlined in the behaviour support plans to NDIS participants with disability, their carers, family and significant others.
  • Support the participant to meet their person centered goals.
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and lead a team of core practitioners.
