Description
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Capture and define business needs through various means such as workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews.
  2. Analyze business problems and identify solutions that align with business objectives.
  3. Develop clear and concise functional specifications, process flows, and user stories to facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
  4. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation and meet project timelines.
  6. Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and data analysis as needed to support informed decision-making.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress, issues, and resolutions.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to approach complex problems methodically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
  • Experience in writing clear, structured documentation and process mapping tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
