Early Childhood Educators are sought after to join our vibrant team of professionals in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education, care and development to children in our campuses.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and a minimum of two years of full-time relevant work experience. A genuine passion for early childhood education and development is essential, as well as being a creative, supportive and cooperative team player.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a qualified Room Leader who will be working collaboratively with our friendly and supportive teams. The role involves ensuring child safety and welfare at all times, providing high-quality education and care to children, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure child safety and welfare by actively supervising and interacting with children
  • Deliver high-quality education and care to children in our campuses
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships with families
  • Maintain ongoing records of children's development and progress

Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognised Registered Training Organisation (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications)
  • Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience
  • Genuine passion for early childhood education and development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
