We are currently seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Specialist to join our team at Mediix in a well-known regional health service located in a scenic area just 1.5 hours from Sydney.

As an Emergency Medicine Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of high-quality, safe, and sustainable emergency services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of emergency services in coordination with the Medical Services team.
  • Manage the clinical ED floor efficiently and respond to MET/Code Blue/Code Black calls.
  • Engage in clinical governance activities, including morbidity and mortality meetings, quality improvement, teaching, and clinical audits.
  • Enjoy a balanced workload tailored to your interests and expertise.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
  • Specialist qualifications such as FACEM, FACRRM, or FRACGP.
