Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to join our team as a Financial Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key role in our organization and make a significant impact.

About the Role:

  • Lead the month-end close process, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting packs.
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L, variance analysis, and commentary.
  • Prepare and manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support business performance and identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to inform key business initiatives.
  • Support stock and cost management through financial insight and reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of finance systems, processes, and internal controls.
  • Support audit and statutory compliance as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CA or CPA qualification with at least 5 years of experience in financial or management accounting.
  • Experience within manufacturing, construction, or a product-based business is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills in month-end, reporting, and compliance.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to influence and support non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel and ERP system capability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and improvement-focused mindset.
