Job Description

The role of Supply Support Team Lead involves leading a team of Asset Coordinators in strategic asset management activities. This position plays a key role in achieving contracted fleet capability and availability outcomes.

The Supply Support Team Leader works closely with Engineering and Product Support Teams to manage inventory, maintain stock levels at locations, and ensure the integrity of material control.

Key responsibilities include analyzing complex problems, implementing effective solutions to mitigate risks/issues, and providing KPI reports from Inventory Management Systems to identify performance trends and implement remediation as appropriate.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Distribution is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant experience is necessary.
  • Exposure to a Defence sustainment program is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and subordinate leaders is essential.
