Are you a strategic asset management expert looking for a leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Asset Management Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. As a Principal Asset Management Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of asset management projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies that align with client objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver operational readiness activities, including maintenance strategy development, spares assessments, CMMS builds, and more
  • Identify new opportunities to grow the asset management business
  • Review and improve asset management systems and processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in asset management, preferably in Mining & Minerals or Oil & Gas environments
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
