This multidisciplinary position involves working with allied health professionals to assist clients in achieving their goals.
You will be part of a team that helps clients regain independence and succeed in life and work by undertaking comprehensive assessments, liaising with various stakeholders, and designing tailored programs.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations to identify barriers to Return to Work (RTW)
- Maintain strong communication with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Develop, implement, and monitor customized programs to support injured employees in returning to the workforce
- Australian recognized degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
