Key Responsibilities:

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Design and develop integration patterns from an API Gateway perspective to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms for APIs and applications to ensure seamless system integration and high levels of security.
  • Develop and maintain Axway API Gateway policies to facilitate secure access and system integration, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals, technical requirements, and customer needs.
  • Monitor and optimize API performance, security, and scalability to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (Minimum 2 yrs) in Identity integration, Axway API Gateway platform management, and API security roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Axway API Gateway policy development and management, following industry standards and modern frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of Identity protocols and standards (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML).
  • Knowledge of API security principles and best practices, including encryption, authentication, and authorization.
  • Familiarity with Identity and API management platforms (e.g., Axway API Gateway, ForgeRock Identity Platform, Oracle IAM, Mule Gateway, Azure AD).
  • Industry experience in Insurance or Banking, with an understanding of industry-specific compliance and security requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GPC) and Cloud Architecture design principles.
  • Experience with Splunk for monitoring, analytics, and operational intelligence.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
