Exceptional Customer Service Opportunity

This is a casual role offering flexible hours, perfect for those seeking work-life balance. Hourly rate is $41.94 (inclusive of 25% Casual Loading) + 12% Super + Penalty rates for weekend work.

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment.
  • The role of Front of House Officer is responsible for working as part of a cohesive team to deliver an exceptional customer experience for patrons from the moment they enter the Theatre.
About the Role

The successful applicant will be employed on a casual day-to-day basis and may be required to be available to work between Monday and Sunday 8am to 11:30pm, with shifts primarily available between Wednesday and Sunday, across matinee performances and evenings.

  • Be the friendly and courteous face of the Theatre at performances and events promoting the Theatre as a welcoming, inclusive and safe environment for all staff and guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and supervision of the public to ensure a positive experience for patrons, producers, artists and production personnel.
Requirements

Ideally you have worked in a similar fast-paced customer-facing role in events or hospitality, where you have served food and beverages, and used point-of-sale systems.

  • You enjoy providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • You are a great communicator, with a positive interpersonal style which ensures you can connect with audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
  • You hold a Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
