Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced customer focused professional to lead and organize our customer facing operations.

You will be responsible for managing all of our hospitality events and functions across various visitor centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Strategic planning for the visitor center">
  • Work with key stakeholders to grow the hospitality arm of the business">
  • Maintain top quality assurance and customer service standards through ensuring staff adherence to relevant policies and procedures">
  • Organize all of the company's hospitality events">
  • Delegate responsibilities and tasks to the visitor center management team and other employees">
  • Ensure all staff comply with health, safety and hygiene regulations and maintain necessary certifications">
  • Develop and review induction programs for new staff including reviewing of relevant customer service policies and procedures">
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to grow our public events calendar">
  • Host consultation meetings with customers booking the venue to ensure a perfect experience">

Required Skills and Qualifications">

The ideal candidate will have:

">
  • ">
  • 3 years' experience in hospitality management position">
  • Project management experience">
  • Experience working with a growing business which is diversified and dynamic, organizing and controlling customer facing operations">
  • Advanced understanding of full-service restaurant operations">
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, organizing and controlling large teams and coordinating events">
  • Ability to coach, train and motivate employees">
  • Financial and commercial acumen; data analysis and customer orientated">
  • Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and deliver key business outcomes">
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills">
  • Victorian drivers' licence">
  • Minimum diploma level tertiary qualification in business or hospitality management">
