Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Reinsurance Credit Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good Excel and analytical skills, and the ability to assimilate complex technical issues.

The Reinsurance Credit Control Specialist will be responsible for proactive management of Statement of Accounts, reinsurance technical accounting entries in Graile system, dealing with credit control related internal and external queries, maintaining a high-volume ledger, aged debtor reports.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Banking and receipting
  • Perform accounts reconciliations and allocations
  • Collection of outstanding debts
  • Bank reconciliation and raising credit notes
  • Resolve both internal and external customer queries

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 2-3 years prior insurance administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good excel and analytical skills
  • Able to assimilate complex technical issues and make practical recommendations
