About Our Service:

  • We offer tailored therapy services to individuals in their homes, catering to diverse needs including NDIS, TAC, Worksafe, and Aged Care.
  • Our therapists visit clients at home, assess their requirements, and design intervention programs to help them achieve meaningful goals.
  • They conduct assessments for home modifications and assist clients in finding suitable assistive technology solutions.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with support coordinators, local area coordinators, and equipment suppliers is essential.
  • Therapists write reports to document client progress, outcomes, and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy with current registration.
  • Experience or a keen interest in providing OT services to adults with disabilities, chronic disease, and complex care needs.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills are necessary for managing a flexible caseload.
  • The ability to complete autonomous home and community-based assessments and interventions after an extensive onboarding program is required.
  • A reliable car and driver's license are needed to visit clients at home.
  • Current NDISWC/WWCC or the willingness to apply is mandatory.
