The Role

This role involves building new and managing existing networks in the community to secure employment opportunities for our clients who live with disability, injury, illness and disadvantage.

You will have the ability to network with employers, build relationships and account manage effectively. Your personable approach will assist to manage employer's expectations and to build strong partnerships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with, develop and maintain employer and community networks to secure employment opportunities;
  • Manage a small caseload of clients demonstrating empathy and compassion;
  • Provide advocacy and information about our services;
