About the Role

Koala is looking for a highly skilled 3D artist to lead the creation of realistic furniture renders for industrial design and high-impact film assets. As a key member of the creative team, you will be responsible for developing visually stunning, detailed, and operational digital representations of our award-winning furniture.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced 3D artist to join our team and contribute to the development of our brand. If you're passionate about crafting the optimum lighting environment to showcase hyper-realistic fabrics and are interested in creating industry-disrupting 3D operational models, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop highly detailed and realistic 3D models of furniture, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure that each model meets specifications and design requirements.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling visual assets for promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in 3D rendering and industrial design.

Ideal Background

  • Expertise in 3D modelling with a strong understanding of furniture design principles.
  • Exacting eye for detail and a passion for creating highly detailed and life-like fabrics and materials.
  • Proven experience as a 3D artist specialising in furniture industrial design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
