Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing various administrative functions and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.


About The Role
  • Manage administrative tasks including data entry, reconciliation of dockets, invoices, and bills.
  • Coordinate payroll processes, collection of timesheets, updating site hours and leave sheets for accounts to submit pay runs.
  • Fuel bill reconciliation and diesel rebate matching purchase orders, input creditor's invoices and reconciling for payment.
  • Assist Site Supervisor and Operations Manager in purchasing project needs, including hire agreements and associated documents.
  • Complete tasks as requested by Directors from time to time.
  • Enter workshop data into software platforms and complete reporting, including defect register, hour meter recording and repair cards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic data management skills with proficiency in business software and technology.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations administration.
  • Strong understanding of business software and technology.
