You will collaborate with talented professionals working on iconic projects to drive future-ready outcomes that benefit clients and communities. Our global team of over 5,200 dedicated mining professionals supports the industry's transition to a greener future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a program of projects for key clients through management of key stakeholders and contractors.
  • Manage work programs to deliver engineering services with respect to mine waste management.
  • Support multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling, and risk management.
  • Lead the design of tailings storage facilities and other earthen structures, from conceptual through to delivery stages.
  • Plan and direct field investigations and other tasks to meet project requirements.
Requirements:

As a seasoned project leader, you'll bring a strong background working on tailings and civil projects. You'll thrive in fast-paced environments and complex stakeholder landscapes.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • A Bachelor degree in Civil/Mining Engineering or project management qualifications are desirable.
  • Proven project management experience, including managing multiple coinciding programs with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A background working on tailings, water, and civil projects, ideally with some experience within a consulting environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentations, and client interactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and within multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality service to clients within time constraints.
