Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a customer service specialist to join our team as a Service Advisor. This is a full-time permanent position that involves working closely with customers and technicians to ensure exceptional levels of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet customers, determine their needs and vehicle data, and document them accurately via repair orders.
- Present service offers to customers and suggest additional services where applicable.
- Book appointments according to customer needs and workshop capacity.
- Liaise with service technicians and follow up on customer vehicles during repairs.
- Quote costs, clarify payment methods, and communicate any additional repairs to customers.
- Prepare and invoice customer jobs in a timely manner.
- Handle warranty claims and other customer service matters efficiently.
- A minimum of Year 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Trade qualification or industry experience highly regarded.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
