Job Role Overview

The Communication and Engagement Officer is a key role within the Strategic Communication and Engagement Branch, responsible for delivering services across various projects, including internal and external communications, community engagement, website updates, and social media.

This involves providing timely and accurate information and responses to queries, issues, or correspondence on communication and engagement-related matters, as well as contributing to the effective organisation, operation, and delivery of the branch's programmes, strategies, and objectives.

Responsibilities include drafting content for various channels, compiling team reports, and undertaking management logistics. The Officer will also support SCE team members by coordinating projects and tasks as directed.

Key Responsibilities:
