We are seeking a skilled Public Policy Specialist to provide technical, professional, and policy advice on complex issues. The ideal candidate will work under limited direction to support our client, an independent statutory agency that supports Australians with disabilities and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and drafting policies and procedures, contributing to strategic planning and implementation of policies and objectives, drafting reports, briefings, and correspondence, conducting research and analysis to inform policy development, and liaising with stakeholders and participating in committees.

The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication and teamwork skills, strong technical skills, and the ability to maintain effectiveness in changing environments.
