Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

This is a high-level maintenance position that requires advanced skills in piping systems, industrial plumbing, and heating and cooling systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment.
  • Install and maintain piping systems, repair plumbing, fabricate piping, and ensure systems operate effectively.
  • Work involves industrial plumbing, heating and cooling piping, threading, steam heat systems, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
  • Plans, maintains tooling, fabricates replacement parts, and performs grounds and facilities repairs, ensuring safety and record accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years manufacturing maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to distinguish colors, with correctable eyesight and hearing.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical activities include walking, standing, climbing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, crawling, bending, twisting.
