**Digital Advertising Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our creative and performance teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business results.
  • Using your expertise in Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels, you will create engaging ad content, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and analyze performance metrics to inform future decisions.
  • With your strong understanding of digital marketing principles, you will stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.
  • Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, creatives, and analytics specialists, to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media management, preferably in a digital agency or marketing role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
