Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

Maintenance assistants play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community. These professionals are responsible for maintaining common areas, offices, resident rooms, equipment, exterior and grounds of the community.

  • Frequent tasks involve following and documenting preventative maintenance programs for the community and equipment.
  • Ongoing duties may include working a flexible schedule to ensure resident safety.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work safely and independently, and have compassion and interest in working with seniors.

Basic requirements include reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English, as well as the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
