Care Coordinator for Women and Children

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Social Worker to join our dynamic team within specialized Women & Children clinical areas. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape holistic care and support for women and children.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialist Social Work service to consumers and their carers to ensure optimal health outcomes consistent with policies and procedures, standards, relevant legislation, and the Health Code of Conduct.
- Participate in professional development, clinical supervision, teaching, quality activities and other relevant departmental duties.
Your Key Contributions
This position is responsible for providing specialist Social Work service to consumers and their carers to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes. You will also participate in professional development, clinical supervision, teaching, quality activities and other relevant departmental duties.
You will be working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to women and children.
About Us
Liverpool Hospital provides a wide range of state-wide services including critical care and trauma, neonatal intensive care, and brain injury rehabilitation. As a key teaching facility, we offer extensive clinical services, including emergency care, cancer treatment, paediatrics, and mental health services.
The hospital features 23 operating theatres and has a capacity for 877 beds. Our $830 million redevelopment will expand clinical services, enhance research and teaching facilities, and introduce state-of-the-art equipment and amenities.
