About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and refine data requirements, ensuring solutions are aligned with operational and analytical needs.
- Designing scalable data models using SQL and DBT to support analytics and day-to-day operations.
- Crafting user stories and contributing to agile data product delivery that drives business value.
- Conducting data analysis using AI and automation to uncover actionable insights.
- Maintaining high-quality data and continuously improving data solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in data analysis or solution delivery, with expertise in translating business needs into actionable insights and fit-for-purpose data solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and DBT, including hands-on experience with BigQuery and Cloud Composer for data modelling, transformation, and workflow orchestration.
- Expertise in performing complex data analysis, including the use of AI techniques to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Strong skills in reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, with excellent communication skills to convey findings to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Collibra, and Monte Carlo, with a strong commitment to data governance and quality.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies to validate data solutions and ensure reliability.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to align data solutions with business drivers to deliver measurable value.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a track record of building collaborative relationships across business and technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a relevant domain; or equivalent industry experience.
