Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Data Solutions Manager to drive our Global Mobility team's success. As a key member, you will lead and optimize global compensation processes, collaborate across borders for integrated delivery, and drive client satisfaction and regional growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Global Compensation Expertise: Oversee monthly data collection, processing, and payroll reporting across international client engagements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while leveraging analytics and automation to streamline high-volume workflows.
  • Cross-Border Collaboration: Coordinate with global teams and client contacts to align tax, payroll, compensation, and social security reporting, while managing offshore support in India to delegate and review tasks effectively.
  • Client Success and Growth: Engage in strategic client meetings, support onboarding and implementation, mentor junior team members, and contribute to expanding services and capabilities across the APAC region.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in employment tax, payroll, and related fields, gained through roles in professional services, relocation providers, and internal HR/tax/finance teams.
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and multi-source data interpretation, with strong communication, organization, and time management skills for handling global stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Maintains high accuracy with sensitive data, embraces innovation, and applies automation tools to improve workflows and drive process efficiency.
