About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our IT team in designing and implementing data solutions.

  • Designing and developing ETL processes and data models using Power BI and Microsoft tools
  • Crafting reports and visualisations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver on business data needs
  • Ensuring data quality, governance, and security compliance
  • Troubleshooting integration issues and providing expert technical support

You will work in an Azure environment, involved in data sourcing, modelling, cleansing, and visualisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven problem solver with a strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset to contribute to meaningful projects in a forward-thinking organisation.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require a graduate degree in Information Technology or a related field, ITIL Certification, and 3+ years of experience in software development and data solutions. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with Power BI, SSRS, Power Apps, and Microsoft Reporting Services, as well as strong SQL Server and DAX skills. Experience with Azure Data Factory, ETL tools, and data modelling is also essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required, along with knowledge of Azure data tools (Databricks, Data Lake) and DevOps tools (GitHub, PowerShell, Azure Bicep).

Key Qualifications
  • A graduate degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • ITIL Certification
  • 3+ years of experience in software development and data solutions
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, SSRS, Power Apps, and Microsoft Reporting Services
  • Strong SQL Server and DAX skills
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, ETL tools, and data modelling
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of Azure data tools (Databricks, Data Lake)
  • Knowledge of Python or R desirable but not essential
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (GitHub, PowerShell, Azure Bicep)
