Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit and Tax Specialist to join our team at LTL & CO. As an Audit and Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advisory services to clients, working in teams to execute audit plans and strategies, and ensuring timely completion of reports for management further analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with clients as a professional financial expert advisory
  • Work in teams to execute audit plans and strategies
  • Ensure timely completion of reports for management further analysis
  • Prepare and conduct audits on financial statements and reports, while ensuring compliance with rules and regulations
  • Report audit progress, findings, and significant auditing issues to senior management
  • Assist in reviewing financial statements for other branches
  • Support in setting up systems and enhancing internal control
  • Manage assigned audit and tax-related tasks by superior
  • Supervise and coach junior coworkers
  • Participate in professional training development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills for delivering quality services to clients
  • Possess at least a Degree in equivalent qualification
  • Preferred at least 2-3 years of experience
  • Fundamental knowledge of Malaysian Business Reporting System (MBRS) software
  • Understanding of ISQM 1
  • Understanding of e-Invoicing functions
  • Advanced knowledge/Tech savvy with auditing and tax software (Audit SME, Audit Express, and Superior Tax) will be an added advantage
  • Familiar with audit flow and tax processes
  • Prior leadership experience will be an advantage
  • Clear and strong command of English/Mandarin language
  • Work under minimal supervision, self-motivated, flexible, and a good team player
  • High professional integrity, responsible, and good working attitude
