Customer Service Professional Wanted
A close-knit and high-achieving team is searching for a skilled customer service representative to be part of their operations. As a valued member of the Head Office team in Seven Hills, you will be part of a proud family-owned and operated business with over thirty years of experience.

This Australian company is a wholesale supplier of repair, maintenance, and construction products and brands to the trade, enthusiasts, and DIY markets. With a wide array of international brands supplied across ANZ, our organization prioritizes marketing and customer service, fostering a real passion for what we do and striving for the highest levels of service.
The Position:
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team. While previous experience in the trade is ideal, excellent training will be provided. A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences are crucial to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to represent the company and its brand positively.
- Navigate company systems efficiently to accurately record customer sales orders, questions, inquiries, and problems in CRM, ERP, freight, and ecommerce platforms.
- Maintain accurate record keeping and task completion while being well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Drive timely completion of tasks to the best of one's ability and assist customers in resolving problems, proactively communicating with others within the company to ensure a smooth resolution process.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time Monday to Friday role, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding weekends.
