Job Title: Technical Expertise Specialist

Sophisticated Application Development and Support

This complex role demands collaboration with a team to enhance, develop, and sustain technical aspects within third-party applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine application components where necessary
  • Respond to alerts generated by application monitoring, investigate, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Implement ITIL best practices for incident management
  • Analyze data-related issues to determine the most effective course of action for resolving application integrity issues
  • Provide expert technical assistance to business teams on general application queries affecting their functional areas
  • Ensure database performance, replication, and data backups operate effectively
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, C#, JSON, and object-oriented programming principles
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2017 (or later) and .NET Core 3.1 or later
  • Version control and Internet Information Services (IIS)
  • Australian citizenship is mandatory, and current or reinstatable AGSVA NV1 Security clearance; NV2 is preferred
