Role Overview

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to manage site maintenance and implement condition monitoring strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining equipment reliability and developing predictive maintenance models
  • Assigning and tracking key performance metrics for rotating equipment
  • Conducting root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborating with OEMs and contractors for equipment upgrades and modifications
  • Providing technical support to site personnel in Mechanical Engineering
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a processing plant environment
  • Strong knowledge of reliability-centred maintenance and condition monitoring techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with SAP and advanced Microsoft Office tools
