Mechanical Engineering Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Mechanical Engineer to spearhead our site's maintenance program for rotating and mechanical equipment. Your expertise in condition monitoring, preventive maintenance strategies, and equipment reliability will be instrumental in driving our operations forward.


Responsibilities:
  • Implementing and managing the site's maintenance program for all rotating and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Developing and optimizing condition monitoring and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and increase overall equipment effectiveness.
  • Assigning and monitoring key equipment reliability and availability metrics across the plant to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Evaluating equipment performance, damage, and failure rates; conducting root-cause analysis and equipment failure investigations to identify areas for improvement.
