Maintenance Planner

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Planner to support scheduled maintenance for a large-scale process plant based in Kwinana.
About The Role- This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, for a 40-hour week.
- As an E&I Planner, you will be responsible for using SAP S4 Cloud-based maintenance systems to plan and coordinate E&I maintenance activities.
- Plan and schedule electrical and instrumentation maintenance tasks.
- Use SAP S4 Cloud to manage work orders and task lists.
- Coordinate labour, materials, and documentation for job execution.
- Support shutdown and routine maintenance workflows.
- Liaise with supervisors, engineers, and technicians to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Proven experience in E&I maintenance planning, preferably in a process plant setting.
- Proficient with SAP S4 Cloud-based maintenance systems.
- Strong electrical or instrumentation background.
- Excellent coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
