Job Title: Health and Security Assistant - Casual

">About the Role:
A health and security assistant is needed to work in a hospital setting, ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be able to respond to incidents, de-escalate challenging situations, and collaborate closely with healthcare teams and NSW Police when needed.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication skills, the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision, and effective written and oral communication skills to communicate with all levels of staff, as well as patients/clients and members of the public.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors, responding to alarms, supervising key areas, and carrying out essential duties that keep the hospital running smoothly.
